First App Submitted!

We've submitted the first UF app to the Apple store for review. It should be available for sale within a week or two!

UserFriendly iPhone Apps

We hope to have the first UserFriendly app for the iPhone as early as March 2010. Please check here for updates.

Update March 6th: We are hoping to submit the app to the store before March 20th. After that it may take another week or two for approval before it shows up in the store.

Update March 22nd: The app has not yet been submitted to the store, is still in development.

Update: April 1st: We're a bit behind our schedule. Really hope and need to have the app submitted by mid April. Thanks for your patience.

About the Origins of UserFriendly

UserFriendly was one of the first webcomics to attract a mass following online. Illiad (J.D. Frazer) started posting the daily comic at UserFriendly.org in November of 1997. And for the next twelve years he created and posted a daily comic, without break, for 365 days a year.

UserFriendly was the cover story in Linux Magazine in March 2000, at the dizzy peak of the dot-com boom.
